Capella Pedregal  Yacht Club

As a guest at Capella Pedregal, you are offered the privilege of being able to charter one of two 58 foot Viking vessels belonging to our Yacht Club. One is a cruising yacht named “Carina” and the other, “Auriga”, a fully equipped deep sea fishing boat. Both are available for half-day or full-day or evening charters and both are crewed by highly experienced seamen.

The “Carina” is the ideal Baja cruising yacht. With a large open California deck, outside dining area, and upper sundeck, “Carina” is luxurious and comfortable in all conditions. Further, it is equipped with 3 staterooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning, plasma TV, DVD and iPod.

By chartering this stunning yacht, your Personal Assistant will be able to plan a memorable, day-long excursion for your family that can include instruction and snorkeling in a beautiful location, picnic lunch on a secluded beach, and kayaking or paddle boarding in the afternoon.

All trips include (6 people):

   Drinks (beer, soda, water up to 24)
   Snorkeling Equipment
   Towel Service

Please note there will be a charge of $100 extra for each person after 6 people, 14 maximum.

The “Auriga” is equipped and ready to take you out to fish for the famous Cabo marlin. Boasting a top speed of 32 knots, a Furuno GPS with color chart plotter, Furuno Radar and Video Sounder, this 58 foot Viking is ideal for the most serious fisherman while offering comfort and first class amenities. These include a master bedroom with queen bed, TV, VCR and private bathroom plus a guest stateroom and forward stateroom that share a second bathroom. In addition, it has a top sound system, soft leather furnishings and is fully air conditioned,

Tournament rigged and boasting a 90% catch rate this season, “the “Auriga” is ready to take you for some action.

   Carpaccio of Local Catch, Aguachile, Preserved Lemon and Avocado
   Carpaccio of Local Catch Pickled Red Onion, Cilantro and Roasted Tomatoes
   Sashimi with Ponzu Sauce

Hot Preparations

   Lightly Battered and Served with Jalapeño Tartar Sauce
   Grilled Fish Skewers with Cucumber and Mango Pico de Gallo
   Grilled with Local Vegetables and Hibiscus Emulsion
   Pan Seared with Jicama and Citrus Salad
   Build Your Own Fish Tacos

The Catch of the Day is $25.00 USD per person per course plus 16% tax and 15% service. For delivery to the residence and served family style please add $20.00 USD delivery fee.  Please note we also have private chef services available for $100.00 USD Chef Fee.

Please note all fish species may not be suitable for all cooking styles our Chefs can make recommendations based on quantity, species and your preferences.
