Christmas Holidays at Capella Pedregal 2012
Monday 24th December - Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve Cocktail Party hosted by our General Manager John Volponi and the Management Team! Enjoy holiday cocktails and canapés accompanied by Mexican Christmas Music. 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
After dinner, gather in the Lobby at 10:30 pm with guests who wish to attend Mass at the local Parish Church, five minutes away from Capella Pedregal. Service begins at 11 pm and transportation will be provided.
Christmas Eve Dinner will be served at Don Manuel’s with our a la carte menu and a specially prepared four-course menu by Executive Chef Marco Bustamante and his team from 6 to 10 pm for $115 per person, $65 per child.
A Tempting Christmas Dessert Selection with Egg Nog “Rompope” in the Su Cocina will be served from 8 pm until midnight for all guests to enjoy.
In addition to El Farallon's selection of freshly caught seafood, there will be a three-course “Baja Christmas Special” menu including: Raw Bar Selection, Whole Roasted Fish and Holiday Dessert; carved table side and served in a traditional family style.
Tuesday 25th December - Christmas Day
Santa Claus and his helpers arrive at Capella Pedregal at 11 am on their Harley’s. Please join us in the Lobby to share this special moment with fellow guests and celebrate the spirit of the season with a gift for each and every child.
Breakfast is served at Don Manuel’s starting at 7 am serving Egg Nog “Rompope”, offering the full buffet selection from Su Cocina and a full a la carte menu.
During the day, the lunch menu is offered at Don Manuel’s, all day dining menu at the Beach Club, pool side menus and the tempting Barbeque Selection will be served at the the Hotel Pool from noon to 4:00 pm.
Don Manuel’s will be the setting for a Traditional Christmas Dinner. El Farallon will offer a selection of freshly caught seafood and “Bucket” Specials, including Deep Fried Whole Spiced Shrimp, Local Clams, and Crab Claws.
Saturday 29th December
A dream for all Chocolate Lovers. Come and join us for a Tempting Chocolate Dessert selection served in Don Manuel's Su Cocina from 8 to 11 pm.
Monday 31st December - New Year's Eve
Meet all guests in the Lobby for our New Years Eve reception with Canapés and Signature Cocktails from 6:45 to 8:00 pm. Enjoy a traditional Dressage horse show and entertainment along with our 12 member Fabulous Mariachi.
Horse show begins prompt at 7:30 pm.
A six-course gourmet dinner will be served at Don Manuel’s with all the party trimmings from 6 to 10 pm. for $175 per person and $95 per child.
After dinner, join us at our “Dance Party” at the Pool Terrace with the sounds of “Capella All Stars Band” The party will last until 1 am.
El Farallon will offer in addition to the full selection of freshly caught seafood, Kumomoto Oysters, Caviar and Champagne.
