hurricane odile update

Update as of September 26, 2014:


Thank you for your patience and support during this very difficult time.  Capella Pedregal is continuing its assessment of the damage resulting from Hurricane Odile, which made landfall in Cabo San Lucas late in the evening on September 14th.  We have not determined an exact date we will be able to accommodate guests at this time.


We understand many of you are concerned with your upcoming vacation plans. Guests with reservations arriving during the dates of September 15th-October 31st will receive a full refund within the next 30 days.


If guests would like to make alternative plans we can provide you with the following options:

  • It would be our pleasure to rebook your reservation at Capella Pedregal at a later date. 

  • We will be happy to check availability for you at our sister property, Capella Ixtapa, located on the Pacific Ocean.


Our reservations office is expected to begin operating next week. In the meantime, should you have any questions regarding your reservation, additional updates or inquiries, please contact our US Office at Shirley.dhanks@capellahotels.com.

 

Our global Capella Hotels and Resorts family is proud of our colleagues in Cabo San Lucas for their tireless work and commitment.


Many guests have expressed concern for our staff and their families who have suffered the most from the devastation caused by the hurricane. We have made contact with all members of our team and are pleased to report they are safe and with their families. Because of the outpouring of requests, we have established the Capella Pedregal Employee Hurricane Relief Fund to support the employees who suffered loss during the storm.  Thank you for your kind support and we look forward to welcoming guests back after a full clean-up is completed.
