Wine and Cheese Tasting

Overlooking the views of the Pacific from our El Farallon Terrace, enjoy an opportunity to meet each of our guest chefs while tasting a selection of artisanal Mexican cheeses and selected Mexican. Spanish Flamenco music and dancers will add to the festivities.

Cooking Demonstrations

A once in a lifetime event.  Two of our master chefs will share their secrets in making one of their favorite dishes. Following each demonstration, the participants will have an opportunity to taste the dish accompanied by an amazing Mexican wine.

Wine Tasting

A master sommelier from one of the Mexican regions will teach you about the blends, flavors and process of making Mexican wines. This class will give you an opportunity to taste four different types of Mexican wines.

Gourmet Beach BBQ

Each chef will have their own station preparing specialties for our BBQ on the Pedregal beach, one of the most exquisite in all of Cabo San Lucas. Signature cocktails and selected wines from our wine sponsors will be featured as will the Latin music sounds from local musicians.

Tequila Seminar

A Maestro Tequilero will explain the process of making tequila, share the history and regions of tequila, and teach you what makes exceptional tequila. The maestro will describe the differences between the four different types of tequilas participants will taste.

Grand Finale Dinner

Join in the grand finale to the weekend’s events by enjoying a five-course dinner with each course expertly prepared by our Master Chefs. Served in Don Manuel’s Restaurant, each course will be accompanied by selected wines from our wine sponsors.

After Party with the Chefs

Music and dancing under the stars to the music of the Capella All Star Band follow the dinner.
