Terms & Conditions

To maintain the exclusivity and the privacy of hotel residents, our hotel units are strictly for accommodation. Capella Singapore reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

  • Maximum capacity for the room is limited to 2 adults and 1 child for Premier Rooms, 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child for all Suites and Villas
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed
  • Any commercial or public use of the room, such as for photoshoots, videography, meetings and interviews et cetera can only be undertaken upon the receipt of written permission by the hotel management

Outside caterings (Food & Beverages) are not permitted to be brought inside the hotel premises. Capella Singapore reserves the right to reject the same and/or add a surcharge & corkage.

All cancellations of reservations must be made at least two days (48 hours) prior to arrival before 3 pm local time. Capella Singapore will charge one night of the room rate plus tax & service charge and reserved additional services (if any) for any cancellations, non-arrivals or early departures that do not adhere to this time frame.

Recommended check in time is at 3 pm and check out time is at 12 noon.  Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability.

Capella Singapore is pet-friendly.

  • Only medium sized pets are allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel’s dining areas (The Knolls, Cassia and Bob’s Bar) and at our cascading pools.
  • Property reserves the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, excessive barking, evidence of disease, urination or defecation in public areas. No more than one pet may occupy each guest room. Guest will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your pet including transportation and kennel charges.
