Our modern Chinese restaurant, Cassia, takes inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China and the seas around Singapore.

Classics are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local ingredients are used to create a feast for the senses. Recipes are based upon traditional, regional cooking and blended with haute Cantonese technique.

Transforming the restaurant's 1880s era Colonial building to reflect a modern, sophisticated interior with lush fabrics and a unique blend of warm and cool tones, Andre Fu's design enhances the intimacy of Cassia.

Cassia's intimate dining room overflows onto an outdoor terrace, overlooking verdant gardens and the distant city. Our guests will experience Chinese cuisine at Cassia the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

Weingut Robert Weil Wine Dinner

Cassia will be partnering with one of the best wines from Germany, Weingut Robert Weil Wine to create a wine dinner not to be forgotten.

Enjoy five sensational courses, which includes a dish of Boston lobster, well-paired with wines such as Riesling Trocken 2009, Riesling Kabinett 2009 and Riesling Spatlese 2007, to name a few.

Peking Duck at Cassia

Enjoy the traditional flavours of the orient with Cassia's all new Peking Duck menu.

This four-course set menu features three courses which masterfully showcase this Chinese delicacy through various cooking techniques and styles.

The Peking Duck set menu includes a refreshing starter of none other than the Peking Duck with Crispy Eggplant coated with Cereal, Chilled Sliced Abalone, French Beans with Olive Vegetables and Garlic.

This is followed by a Clysters’ Dumpling with Bird’s Nest and Diced Duck in Superior Stockand a choice of one main dish served with Fish Paste Noodles, Black Truffle and Shredded Vegetables:
