Our modern Chinese restaurant, Cassia, takes inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China and the seas around Singapore.

Classics are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local ingredients are used to create a feast for the senses. Recipes are based upon traditional, regional cooking and blended with haute Cantonese technique.

Transforming the restaurant's 1880s era Colonial building to reflect a modern, sophisticated interior with lush fabrics and a unique blend of warm and cool tones, Andre Fu's design enhances the intimacy of Cassia.

Cassia presents you with a feast fit for royalty with the Monthly Special Set Menu.

This six-course set menu features luxurious dishes prepared in a creative assortment of cooking techniques and styles. Some of the menu highlights to look forward to include the Double-boiled abalone Soup with French Morel Mushroom with Bamboo Pith, Wok-fried Australian M9 Wagyu Beef with Fresh Mushroom Sauce and Baked Chilean Sea Bass with Wild Mushroom and Black Truffle.

The weekend set lunch menu at Cassia includes:

Staying true to the ancient Chinese “dim sum” tea house traditions, Cassia introduces an oriental Dim Sum Afternoon Tea with signature favourites such as Steamed Barbecued US Kurobuta Pork Bun with Black Truffle, Steamed Siew Mai topped with Abalone, and Homemade Cream of Avocado, just to name a few.
 
If the traditional Western afternoon tea set is what you are looking for, enjoy a quintessentially British Colonial Afternoon Tea featuring Lemon Tart Meringue, Cranberry Scone,Salmon Burrito with Olive Oil Caviar and other treats.

BUSINESS SET MENU

Celebrate the renaissance of Chinese fine dining and savour a tantalising business set menu amidst the inviting ambience of Cassia.

The classical dishes are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local ingredients are used to create a feast for the senses.

The Business Set Lunch is priced at S$59++ for a five-course set lunch and is available during weekdays only from 12noon to 2pm.

For a more luxurious dining option, enjoy Cassia's series of traditionally flavoursome set menus, starting from S$79++ for the five-course Cassia Signature set lunch menu. From S$199++, the six-course Cassia Signature set dinner menu features a Combination of Pan-fried Goose Liver with Roasted Duck, Quail’s Leg Marinated with Fermented Bean Paste and Prawn Coated with Plum Sauce, Steamed Lobster with Golden Garlic Sauce and Homemade Almond Cream with Bird’s Nest.

Lastly, the Cassia Treasures set menu is priced at S$239++ for a luxurious six-course set menu highlighting the Combination of Suckling Pig with Minced Shrimp, Chilled Fresh Crab Meat Salad and Chilled Shredded Abalone with Fresh Fruit, Braised Buddha Jump over the Wall with Superior Stock, and a Steamed Lobster in Hong Kong Style.
