Our modern Chinese restaurant, Cassia, takes inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China and the seas around Singapore.
Classics are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local ingredients are used to create a feast for the senses. Recipes are based upon traditional, regional cooking and blended with haute Cantonese technique.
Transforming the restaurant's 1880s era Colonial building to reflect a modern, sophisticated interior with lush fabrics and a unique blend of warm and cool tones, Andre Fu's design enhances the intimacy of Cassia.

FRENCH STARS MEET CHINESE TREASURES
Cassia at Capella Singapore pairs Grand Cru wines, some of the country’s most elusive and highest rated wines, with a decadent six-course menu.
Specially designed to complement the wine, the Grand Cru menu includes dishes such as steamed lobster, wagyu beef and roast duck, among others.
Come and savour the refined flavours of wines which hold a score well in the 90s by revered Wine Critic, Robert Parker.
