Festive Season: 1 to 23 and 26 to 30 December 2013
Setting the stage for the festive cheer, The Knolls presents delectable festive set lunch and dinner menus featuring sensational mouth-watering creations by Executive Chef David Senia. Menu highlights include a Cod Fish with Portobello Mushrooms and Champagne Butter Sauce and a Roasted Turkey Breast with Salsify Confit, Chestnut and natural truffle jus.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day: 24 and 25 December 2013
Celebrate an authentically Mediterranean Christmas at The Knolls with special Christmas Eve and Christmas menus. Festivities include carolers, Santa Claus and Santarina, and specially-tailored activities for the children.
If you are looking to celebrate a more romantic Christmas, Cassia will be Oriental set menus served in its intimate and elegant setting.
Festive Afternoon Tea: 1 December to 31 December
Keeping the festivities going, throughout the month of December, guests will be able to enjoy Afternoon Tea with a festive twist, featuring a delightful blend of savoury and sweet festive treats such as a Ginger Molasses Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and Salty Caramel Profiteroles.
Afternoon Tea is available at The Knolls from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and at Cassia on weekends and public holidays.
