Classic dishes, including Peking Duck and Double-boiled Soups are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local ingredients are used to create an epicurean feast for the senses. Recipes are based upon traditional and regional favourites then finished with haute Cantonese culinary techniques.
Acclaimed interior designer Andre Fu transformed the restaurant to juxtapose the Colonial heritage building it resides in. Using a unique blend of warm and cool tones and plush fabrics, he has created a modern, sophisticated space where guests can enjoy an authentic dining experience that can be enjoyed in an intimately beautiful space.
Cassia's private dining room overflows onto an outdoor terrace, intimately accommodating a party of up to 12 persons, while overlooking verdant gardens and the glistening lights of the distant city.

LUNAR NEW YEAR SPECIALS
Cassia welcomes the year of the Goat with a selection of unique menus as well as an a la carte menu. The refreshing Chinese New Year menus showcase a renaissance in modern yet authentic Chinese fine dining.
Set menus available starting 16 February 2015 till 5 March 2015.
Perfectly embodying the year of the Wood Goat, the theme for this year is inspired by the Chinese character for “fresh” (鲜) which marries the words “fish” (鱼) for the “Yu Sheng” or raw fish salad and “goat” (羊). In line with this theme, Cassia’s Executive Chef, Lee Hiu Ngai has masterfully created an inspired “Yu Sheng” platter – the Cassia Signature “Yu Sheng” – platter featuring the traditional raw salmon and lobster slices as well as a delectable side of wok-fried lamb.
The Cassia Signature Yu Sheng platter is priced at $35++ per person.
Traditional Prosperity Lou Hei, including tossed salad with fresh Salmon and Tuna is priced at $38++ per serving for two.
Yu Sheng is available starting 2 February 2015 till 5 March 2015.
An Unforgettable Lunar New Year menu is also available featuring the “忘不了鱼”, also known as the Forgotten Fish – one of the rarest fish in the world. It will be showcased in a luxurious six-course menu featuring the Steamed Forgotten Fish in Hong Kong Style, which will be complemented by delicacies like Wok-fried M9 Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper, Stewed Ee-Fu Noodles with Lobster and Double-Boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest in Thai Coconut.
The menu will also include wine pairings with Taittinger Brut Réserve, Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand, 2013, and Rioja, Remulleri Reserva, 2007.

Executive Chinese Chef Lee’s Prosperity menu features Double-boiled Duo of Scallops with fish maw and bamboo pith in a thick chicken broth, Braised Sliced Abalone and golden dried oysters stuffed with minced pork and fresh beancurd as well as Homemade Water Chestnut Cream with osmanthus and glutinous rice balls.
