Acclaimed interior designer Andre Fu transformed this fine dining restaurant in Singapore to juxtapose the Colonial heritage building it resides in. Staying true to the ancient Chinese “dim sum” tea house traditions, Cassia introduces an oriental Dim Sum Afternoon Tea with signature favourites such as Steamed barbecued US kurobuta pork bun with black truffle, Steamed siew mai topped with abalone, and Chilled homemade Pumpkin Jelly, just to name a few.
