Cassia, Capella Singapore’s Cantonese fine dining restaurant draws inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China as well as the seas around Singapore.

Classic dishes, including Peking Duck and Double-boiled Soups are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the freshest local Chinese ingredients are used to create an epicurean feast for the senses. Recipes are based upon traditional and regional favourites then finished with haute Cantonese culinary techniques.

Acclaimed interior designer Andre Fu transformed this fine dining restaurant in Singapore to juxtapose the Colonial heritage building it resides in. Using a unique blend of warm and cool tones and plush fabrics, he has created a modern, sophisticated space where guests can enjoy an authentic fine dining experience that can be enjoyed in an intimately beautiful space.

Cassia restaurant's private dining room overflows onto an outdoor terrace, intimately accommodating a party of up to 12 persons, while overlooking verdant gardens and the glistening lights of the distant city.

Every menu offered at Cassia restaurant has been thoughtfully designed and prepared by our highly qualified Chefs, who marry innovative techniques with quality ingredients to create authentic flavors, all of which can be enjoyed tableside with Capella’s hallmark service and attention for each restaurant guest.

Savour the finest catch of the season, the Boston Lobster, at Cassia as Executive Chef Lee Hiu Ngai creates a tantalising menu around this luxurious ingredient.

Savour a delectable five-course menu that masterfully incorporates every aspect of the Boston Lobster, from a starter featuring a refreshing Chilled Vietnamese Roll with Lobster Leg Meat, Lobster Claw Soup with Bird's Nest Wonton and your choice of lobster preparation for the main dish.

Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and savour authentic Cantonese flavours amidst the quaint surroundings of Cassia at Capella Singapore.

The Business Set Lunch menu features a Combination platter, Double-boiled nourishing Soup of the Day, Pan Fried Norwegian Salmon with Barbecue Sauce, Fried Rice with Preserved Olive Vegetables, Pumpkin and Minced Shrimp as well a Homemade Cream of Lotus Seed with Fresh Lily Bulb and Pumpkin.

The Business Set Lunch is $59++ per person for a five-course menu.

Cassia restaurant presents a feast fit for royalty with an epicurean range of dinner set menus.

The Flavours of Cassia Set menu features luxurious dishes prepared in a creative assortment of cooking techniques and styles. Look forward to the Signature Wok-fried Australian M9 Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper,  Steamed Chilean sea bass with Lao Kan Ma Chili and Vegetables and Stewed Ee-Fu Noodles with Lobster in Superior Stock.

The Treasures Set menu features classic dishes that are prepared with full respect towards tradition, which highlights the freshest local ingredients to create an epicurean feast for the senses. Guests can look forward to a Chef’s Appetiser platter, Braised Bird's Nest with Crabmeat, Steamed Lobster with Lao Ka Ma Chili and Light Soya Sauce, and a Stewed Whole Australian Abalone with Black Truffle, Fish Maw and Vegetables.

The Treasures Set Menu is $179++ per person for a six-course menu.

East Meets West Afternoon Tea

Staying true to the ancient Chinese “dim sum” tea house traditions, Cassia introduces an oriental Dim Sum Afternoon Tea with signature favourites such as Steamed barbecued US kurobuta pork bun with black truffle, Steamed siew mai topped with abalone, and Chilled homemade Pumpkin Jelly, just to name a few.

If the traditional Western afternoon tea set is what you are looking for, enjoy a quintessentially British Colonial Afternoon Tea featuring artisanal Gryphon teas selections paired with handcrafted sweet and savory delights that include a Lemon tart meringue, Opera cake, Green tea pound cake, Passionfruit macaroon and Salmon burrito with olive oil caviar among others.
