Capella Singapore has been accorded the highest rating in the travel industry’s most
prestigious awards, Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards 2013 for both hotel and spa
Singapore, 28 February 2013 – This year’s Forbes Travel Guide ratings has seen Capella Singapore awarded the highest accolade in the hospitality industry, the Five-Star Rating. Capella Singapore’s spa, Auriga spa, has also won the award for the third consecutive year. Only three hotels and two spas in Singapore have been awarded this coveted accreditation.
In addition to Forbes Travel Guide’s annual list of Five- and Four-Star hotels, restaurants and spas, the company revealed its new Recommended rating category, designating wellappointed hotels, restaurants and spas that deliver enhanced service, distinct value and a strong sense of place. This rating category joins Forbes Travel Guide’s Five-Star and Four-Star ratings designations, which since the company’s founding in 1958 as Mobil Travel
Guide, have been the gold standard for hospitality excellence.
