Organic Self-Tanning Treatment

Auriga Spa Detox Day half day spa package
As the quality of life in today’s fast-paced world is greatly reduced by the amount of stress people are exposed to which in turn increases the toxin build up in the body, Auriga Spa’s Detox Day programme is specially designed to help rid the body of these harmful toxins. Resulting in improved sleep, health, radiant skin as well as reduced fatigue.
The half day Detox Day treatment includes:
- Cleansing breathing and yoga to stimulate the lymphatic system and improve circulation (75 minutes)
- A steam bath to sweat out the toxins and stimulate circulation is followed by an ice rub and a cool mist shower to cool down (15 minutes)
- Dry Body brushing boosts the circulation and the flow of lymph. It also removes dead skin cells from the surface of the skin (15 minutes)
- A Detox seaweed scrub (30 minutes)
- A Detox lymphatic drainage massage (90 minutes)

The half day “Beauty Inside and Out” spa journey takes on the philosophy that beauty is wellness, making the most informed decisions to maximize your potential and live the happiest healthiest life possible.

- A choice of body exfoliation or body wrap to prepare and polish the skin (30 minutes)

"Stress Management" half day package
Fight or Flight; our bodies are hard wired to protect us from threats and although the response to stress can be lifesaving, stress can be debilitating without control. The body’s natural response to stressors includes increased heart rate, increased breathing rate, diversion of blood to large muscle groups, slowing of digestion, release of epinephrine and cortisol. You can imagine how beneficial these things would be if you were face to face with a lion but when these responses to stress are always present it increases your risk for health problems including heart disease, obesity, digestion problems, depression, sleep problems, skin conditions, and many more.

- Welcome at the spa with “Elixir of life” tonic

Each season possesses specific properties differentiating them from each other, each of our spa treatments are reflectively unique. Designed with The Organic Pharmacy in mind to include the varying energies of the lunar cycle, our oils are 100% natural, and are dedicated to enhance your wellness and beauty.
Each signature spa treatment is dedicated to a particular phase of the moon -New, Full, Waxing and Waning. The New Moon mirrors winter - a season to rest, reflect and gain new strength. The Waxing Moon harbours the characteristics of spring -the best time to sow the seeds and nourish the earth. The Full Moon denotes the summer when everything is in bloom - it is the time of harvest. Lastly, The Waning Moon is our autumn - a time to cleanse the body and earth, to give space for new life and to commence the cycle again.

The New Moon is the time for renewal and introspection. Meditate on who you are and would like to become and to establish strategies to reach your higher potential.
To begin, a massage of your feet - your foundation. Your feet will be anointed with oils of juniper, rosemary and fennel to awaken your spirits. The body and mind are then thoroughly revitalised with a seaweed and eucalyptus salt scrub followed by a deeply stimulating seaweed wrap. The treatment concludes with full body rosemary and eucalyptus massage and special stimulating tonics.

Waxing Moon. Sowing the seeds. 120 minutes
The waxing moon is the time to refocus your energy, to nourish yourself, and to reach your goals and higher potential. Embrace and embody your visions.
Jasmine, whose white blossoms embody the creative spirit, will be the medium for this spa treatment.
To begin, your feet will be anointed with the heady scent of jasmine and a rich luxurious mask will be worked into the feet using pressure point techniques. To release the creative energies of the mind, the body will enjoy luxurious petal and salt scrub. The treatment concludes with a nurturing jasmine face mask, relaxing head massage and a full body massage. To further enhance the treatment, we will offer strengthening and nurturing tonics and supplements.

Full moon. The height. 180 minutes
The full moon is the time to realise your full potential. Live life to its fullest. Pink is the colour associated with this phase and balance is its key objective. With a scent revered for centuries, nothing encompasses balance more than rose, the focus of this balancing treatment.
After a consultation, the treatment begins with an anointment and massage of the feet with rose oil. Whilst the feet are wrapped in a warm towel, the body is exfoliated with Rose petals and rose-oil-infused salt, leaving both the mind and body in complete harmony. A deep cleansing rose wrap nourishes the body with minerals and is followed by a deep, relaxing massage and a lymphatic facial using rose crystals and acupressure points. Rose tea is served at the end of your treatment along with tonics and supplements to help you on your journey.

WANING MOON. CLEANSINg. 180 MINUTES
The Waning Moon is the perfect time to cleanse. Cleansing treatments undertaken during this phase are more effective and will act on deeper levels. Allow the forces of nature to assist you as you let go and renew.
The treatment begins with a massage of the feet with detoxifying oils and pressure point techniques, releasing toxins and stimulating your inner organs. The body is then gently exfoliated using silk garshana gloves, creating heat deep within the muscles while smoothing the skin. A purifying seaweed wrap is followed by a cleansing massage using lymph techniques that further stimulates the elimination of toxins. The treatment concludes with a facial massage, ensuring a thorough detoxification of your entire system. You leave with a tonic and detox supplements specially designed to deeply cleanse the system.

HEAT & WATER SPA FACILITIES
The wet facilities at Auriga spa consist of hot and cold therapies. The application of both hot and cold therapy stimulates circulation, detoxifies the internal organs, improves metabolism and rejuvenates the mind and body.
1. Herbal Steam Room (about 42 degree C) - opens the pores to aid in detoxification; improves blood circulation; boosts immune system; enhances respiratory system; relieves stress and relaxes muscles
2. Ice Fountain - aids in cooling and revitalizes the body between visits to the heat facilities
3. Experience Cold Shower - increases blood circulation
4. Experience Warm Shower -tantalizes your senses
5. Vitality Pool - a relaxing pool with full body water massage and neck massage functions
For in-house guests who would like to use our wet facilities without having a treatment, a charge of S$20 per person will apply. External guests are welcome to use spa facilities a charge of $50 per person will apply
