Mother's Day at The Knolls
This Mother's Day, bring your mother to The Knolls’ Mediterranean-inspired Sunday Brunch.
To show our support to Mother Earth as well during this special day, Capella Singapore will donate S$2 for each guest at brunch as well as S$2 for every bottle of Casa Lapostolle wine bought, to the Mandai Reforestation Project. There will also be “green” activities with prizes for the children and young at heart.

Afternoon Tea
The Knolls features a speciality bar showcasing over 30 varieties of rare and premium Chinese, English, Indian and Japanese teas complemented by Peranakan and English afternoon tea specialties. The Gryphon Tea Company - which has origins in tea distribution dating back to 1918 - was appointed as the tea consultant for Capella Singapore.
Delight in an afternoon of good conversation and tea with The Knolls' afternoon tea menu comprising Queens Tea, Japanese Tea and Peranakan Tea.
Afternoon Tea is served daily at The Knolls from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm, from S$38++.
Sunday Brunch
Relax, chill out and enjoy the stunning view. Indulge in barbecued seafood and meats prepared a la minute for you. The buffet selection includes a large selection of freshly made salads, seafood and tapas There is a free-flow of rosé wine and a large selection of international beer.
Sunday Brunch buffet is available every Sunday 12:30pm to 2:30pm, S$148++ per person inclusive of free flow boutique wines and beer or S$168++ per person inclusive of free flow boutique wines, beers and premium champagne.
