LE COMPTOIR DE PIERRE GAGNAIRE

Renowned chef Pierre Gagnaire speaks through flavour. His expressive culinary legacy is at the heart of our famed French restaurant, Gagnaire’s first in Mainland China. At the helm in the kitchen is Romain Chapel, Pierre Gagnaire’s protégé, overseeing a menu that focuses on quality, local ingredients and the reinterpretation of traditional French cooking. Le Comptoir’s interiors are based on a Parisian salon and inspired by the old-world glamour of Shanghai during the 1930s.

LA BOULANGERIE

Follow the smell of fresh homemade bread, warm croissants and crispy pain au chocolat and you’ll arrive to La Boulangerie. Our Executive pastry chef Clement Ayache, is proud to give you a little taste of France with the charm of a local bakery, through delicious snacks and pastries available all day.

LA TERRACE

Inspired by the secret courtyards and hidden gems of Provence, la Terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the cultural preservation zone in Xuhui District. Our menu offers an extensive selection of beverages, with a strong focus on Champagne. Our whiskies and digestifs are hand-picked for a perfect after-dinner experience or just simple enjoyment of the moment. Welcome to la Terrace!
