Designed to keep you on your toes, our workout session will take you through an exhilarating set of exercises utilising natural elements for cardio, power and strength training in the flourishing Ubud jungle.
Exercises are grouped into upper body, lower body, and core workouts, and incorporates aspects of military training, sports conditioning, speed, agility and strength, which is balanced with mud and a healthy dose of competition.
