With your safety in mind, our hotels have enhanced our sanitization measures across all our hotels and implemented daily temperature checks with colleagues, guests and vendors entering our properties. Travel plans will undoubtedly prove difficult for now and in the coming months. We are dedicated to support your needs and remain flexible with our booking and cancellation policies at Capella Hotel & Resorts:
- For existing and new individual reservations from 18 March 2020 until 30 June 2020, cancellation fees will be waived in full.
- For new individual reservations for any future date beyond 30 June 2020 up until 30 September 2020, postponements or cancellations are permitted at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
