This coming April, Api Jiwa brings together Chef Nic Philip from the forefront Japanese & Nikkei-inspired, SugarSand in Seminyak and its celebrated bartender and mixologist, Sufian Mahmoud, who will join our Culinary Director, Matt McCool for an Omakase “Chef Battle” night on the grill. Presenting some of the best of famed charcoal-cooked cuisine in a collaborative 10-course menu of amuse bouche, starters, mains and desserts with cocktail pairings.
