Cassia, Capella Singapore’s Cantonese specialty restaurant draws inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China, as well as the seas around Singapore.

Classic dishes, including Peking Duck and Double-boiled Soups are prepared with full respect towards tradition, where fresh seasonal ingredients are used to create an epicurean feast for the senses. Based on some of the best traditional and regional recipes, the dishes are prepared with haute Cantonese culinary techniques.

Acclaimed interior designer Andre Fu is the master mind behind the brilliant juxtaposition of the Colonial heritage building it resides in and the modern interior spaces. Using a unique blend of warm and cool tones and plush fabrics, he has created a sophisticated dining space that creates memories in years to come.

Cassia's private dining room overflows onto an outdoor terrace that intimately accommodating a party of up to 12 persons. Guests are blessed with views of the verdant gardens and glistening lights of the distant city.

Every menu offered at Cassia is thoughtfully designed and prepared by our highly qualified Chefs, who marry innovative techniques with quality ingredients to create authentic flavors.

Executive Chinese Chef Lee Hiu Ngai masterfully puts together an enticing menu of handpicked delicacies, comprising of the restaurant’s well-loved signature offerings. Embark on a sumptuous oriental journey with a nourishing six-course set menu of luxurious traditional delicacies including the popular Double-boiled Sea Whelk Soup with Fish Maw, Duo of Scallops and Sea Cucumber, Steamed Young Lobster with Garlic and Light Soya Sauce and the Signature Wok-fried Australian M9 Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper Sauce. Chef Lee’s Signature Set Menu redefines the epitome of Cantonese fine-dining and transports guests on a gastronomic journey of authentic oriental flavours.

Staying true to the ancient Chinese “dim sum” tea house traditions, Cassia introduces an Oriental Dim Sum Afternoon Tea with signature favourites such as Steamed Barbecued US Kurobuta Pork Bun with Black Truffle, Steamed Siew Mai topped with Abalone, and Steamed Crystal Dumpling with Black Truffle and Fresh Mushrooms, just to name a few.
