Available to a limited number of couples, Bob’s Bar invites romantic partners to create their own signature scent with Nora Gasparini, a specialist in bespoke perfume creations.
Nora’s passion for perfumes started after visiting the International Flavors and Fragrance in New York, the world leader in the creation of perfumes. Pursuing this interest, she enrolled in a technical course at Cinquième sens© and ISIPCA Versailles, widely renowned training schools recognised by perfumery professionals. Nora then moved to Indonesia, a country known for exporting various herbs and spices used by Hermes and Dior, where she set up L’Atelier Parfums et creations and began consulting locals and tourists to create unique fragrances for them. This Valentiene’s Day, couples will have a private consultation with Nora and receive a bottle of their personalised perfume each.
Proceeding this inimitable experience, they will be treated to a specially crafted cocktail based on their fragrance and receive a handwritten copy of the recipe so upon their return to Bob’s Bar, they can enjoy their custom-made cocktail in the warmth of each other’s company again.
For those who prefer the traditional romantic Valentine’s Day celebration, The Knolls at Capella Singapore offers a five-course special set menu featuring delectable favourites including Homemade “foie gras” terrine served with Rhubarb’s chutney, Cream Dubarry foam served with sautéed scallops and a cauliflower truffle salad as well as Roasted duck breast served with smoked bacon, marinated persimmon, caramelized apple, daikon and a “jus de canard” vinaigrette.
